Bill Sherman offers experience as a civil litigator representing businesses and individuals in disputes, as a criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney pursuing felonies and misdemeanors, and as a law clerk for Federal judges at the trial and appellate level.  Bill's practice focuses on business litigation, personal injury, and local government law and relations.  

For eight years, Timothy Leary was a deputy prosecuting attorney for King County.  He finished his service as a senior deputy prosecutor working on elder abuse crimes.  He has personally handled cases ranging from simple assault to murder.  Tim's practice centers on trial work, both civil and criminal.
